- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including bathing, feeding, and dressing patients
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility needs, such as turning or moving from beds to wheelchairs
- Record patient information such as vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output, as directed by nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for patients by changing bed linens, cleaning rooms, and sanitizing equipment
