SHIFT DETAILS

• Days
• Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Monday - Friday: start times vary: 6am - 7am

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 18 months or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Preferred
• Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
• BSN - Preferred
• COVID vaccination required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Ohio

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• OH RN MUST be in-hand at upload. Client will not pend license
